  • You will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation once your order is processed and dispatched.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 5–7 working days (depending on your location).

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional campaigns.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and link will be shared with you via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track the status of your shipment through our courier partner’s website.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at the time of order.

  • OVER OWNED will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • In case of failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.


6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be updated in this policy.
