You will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation once your order is processed and dispatched.
2. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time: 5–7 working days (depending on your location).
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take a little longer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional campaigns.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and link will be shared with you via email/WhatsApp.
You can track the status of your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at the time of order.
OVER OWNED will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
In case of failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
